Mochi Meow Co. is led by a team with fourteen years of combined airline station operations experience, where the job is moving large volumes of people through tight timelines without anyone feeling rushed. Delays, headcount swings, vendor coordination, and last minute changes are the normal state of that work.
We bring that same operational discipline to events. Run of show, vendor management, staffing plans, load in schedules, and contingency planning are not add ons for us. They are the foundation.
